No. tapwin strictly enforces a one account per person policy. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of tapwin's Terms & Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited. If you've lost access to your original account, contact tapwin support via live chat to recover it rather than creating a new one.

tapwin does not charge any fees on deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, or online banking. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. Over-the-counter payment partners may charge a small convenience fee, which is set by the outlet and not by tapwin.
Withdrawals & Payouts

Log in to your tapwin account and go to Cashier > Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method — GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer — and enter the amount you wish to cash out. Make sure your withdrawal account details match the name on your tapwin account. Withdrawals to unverified or third-party accounts are not permitted.
