These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tapwin ("tapwin," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the tapwin online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

To register and maintain an account on tapwin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: tapwin takes the 21+ age requirement seriously. We conduct identity and age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for every account. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.
tapwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tapwin may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) tapwin account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. tapwin uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tapwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your tapwin account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. tapwin is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tapwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tapwin will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify tapwin support immediately via live chat or email.
tapwin is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its compliance obligations. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your relationship with tapwin:
Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. tapwin aims to process KYC submissions within two (2) business days of receiving complete documentation.
tapwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the tapwin cashier page at the time of your deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. tapwin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. tapwin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. tapwin aims to process approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
tapwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until your account has completed KYC verification. tapwin is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times.
All transactions on tapwin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a game or service displays amounts in another currency, the displayed amount is for reference only and the actual transaction will be settled in PHP at the prevailing exchange rate applied by tapwin at the time of the transaction.
Anti-Money Laundering: tapwin complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. tapwin may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players must not use tapwin for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
tapwin offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your tapwin account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
tapwin reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where tapwin reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players. tapwin's determination in such matters is final.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. tapwin reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions but may still be eligible to claim them through the tapwin promotions page.
Each game available on the tapwin platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between the specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, financial, and conduct matters.
tapwin uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any external factor. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the relevant card or table game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, tapwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. tapwin is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.
tapwin reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical issue that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tapwin platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any tapwin content without the prior written consent of tapwin. Any unauthorized use of tapwin's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
tapwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at tapwin.cc/privacy-policy. By using tapwin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
tapwin implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and tapwin cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from tapwin may do so by contacting tapwin support. Once a self-exclusion request has been processed, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. tapwin will use reasonable efforts to prevent excluded players from accessing the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tapwin's total liability to you in connection with your use of the tapwin platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tapwin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tapwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the tapwin platform, even if tapwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
tapwin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. tapwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond tapwin's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, or government actions.
tapwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tapwin reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where continued operation of your account poses a risk to tapwin, other players, or third parties.
Upon termination of your account for cause, tapwin reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your tapwin account at any time by contacting tapwin support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tapwin platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact tapwin's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. tapwin will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice of the issue.
tapwin's operations are subject to oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who are not satisfied with tapwin's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
